This is some [mod removed] I have spent a hour trying to cancel my live subscription. It says go to manage subscription but it doesnt tell you how to get to manage subscription . It wasnt this complicated to purchase it so why make it IMPOSSIBLE
to cancel it. When you request help it just takes you back to the mysterious directions. If it charges my card im gone [mod removed]!!! I cant request a call back it wont allow. This is some [mod removed]. I shouldnt even have to [mod removed] google how to
cancel it why [mod removed] make it that complicated but its easy to manage what card I want to pay with. Easy to spend money.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. As you are unable to see the subscription when you sign in. Its most likely on a different account. We recommend to have a chat/call from support. They can look up your card number and see if any other
accounts are attached to it.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select chat with Xbox support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

This is how to remove a card:

Important If the payment option is used to pay for a subscription, you’ll need to first cancel your subscription before you can remove your payment option. For more information, see How
to cancel your Xbox Live Gold subscription.

You can easily remove your payment option. Here's how:

1. In a browser, go to My Account.
2. If needed, sign in to the Microsoft account you want to change.
3. Select Payment & billing, and then select Payment options.
4. Select the payment option you want to delete, and then follow the instructions to remove your payment option.

You can cancel your subscription by signing into your account, select Payment and Billing under the subscription you’d like to cancel, then select cancel.

Note: You will have to turn off auto payments for your subscription before you can cancel.
