How can I cancel my sons game pass on my mobile

You can cancel the subscription and get a refund by logging in through this website

Select the three dots next to the name of the subscription you wish to cancel and then select “Manage”, in that section you will find the “Cancel subscription” button, select it and it should give you the option to cancel and get a refund.

In case it does not let you do it and you get a message saying that it is not possible to cancel because the subscription is already paid, please note that there are certain policies that must be met before the system will process a refund. For example, subscription refunds are limited to one per account. You can find more information here.

You can also disable recurring billing from the same website I mentioned above and avoid being charged for the following month. Your current subscription will remain active until the activation period ends, but will be canceled at the end.

Can’t see an option for game pass friends and family Uk?

If that’s the case can I just cancel my membership and take one out on my sons account? Or do I still need to have the game pass ultimate being the parent?

Thank you for this. Unfortunately it doesn’t really help. I have tried any account I have the details to. It is my sons Xbox and when I go and try to cancel it from the actual Xbox device it still says there is no subscription (only his game pass) how can this be the case? He didn’t create a new account to subscribe to game pass so not sure why they both wouldnt be there?

The payment is going from my PayPal account and when I contact PayPal they say I have to contact Microsoft, like I say round and round in circles, meantime I am still paying a subscription for something it seems impossible to cancel.

Microsoft are taking the money - surely they can cancel this?
