how can i buy

Those games have been delisted so it's no longer possible to purchase them digitally.

I bought it in Steam for PC. As a download.

I can't undestand Microsoft's policy in that case.

What version are you trying to buy? Java or Bedrock. If bedrock, then for Xbox or PC?
