How can I buy something without a phone?

So I have money on my account, X Box Live, but when I go to get a game it won't work. I press see price and enter in my info but then it says that I need contact and billing info, so I go to the link it provides but I can't complete the form because I need
a phone number and I don't have a phone. I've bought other games and this is the first time I've had this issue. Is there any way to complete the form without a phone? This seems to segregate a lot of the willing cusomers. Thanks.

Yeah it was the Castlevania: SOTN. I have gold and it was free. I remember playing it when I was younger.

Unfortunately you need those in order to purchase a Xbox 360 game. May i ask what game you’re trying to get?

Is the game you’re trying to buy a 360 game? If so you’ll need to enter a form of payment.
