How can i buy minecraft?

I wanted to buy minecraft on the minecraft website. But when i tried to buy it, a message came up and said: Contact us at Microsoft Support

We’re having trouble processing your payment, and we’d like to get it sorted out. Could you help me try and fix this issue? Thank you very much!

What version are you trying to buy? Java or Bedrock. If bedrock, then for Xbox or PC?
