    Is there anyway I can block "In game" purchases. Xbox 360 Gold membership.

    How do I block in-game purchases?

    Hello, My kids are racking up a list of "Game Consumable" content while playing games. Is there a way to block in-game purchases from being automatically purchased, and charged to my credit card? I would be okay disabling in-game purchases (parental controls?)
    or requiring a PIN... but haven't figured out how. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    How can I block "in game purchases"

    If the account is a child account you can restrict all purchases in the Privacy and Online Safety Settings. If it's an adult account you can Remove the credit card.

    Actually Okami, his post was useful to me on this topic and you didn't answer the question - do you have to buy your kids another XBL account? I have set up an account and I have changed the account to 'child' - however, I have found no way on line or on
    the Xbox to block them purchasing things.

    From everything I have read on line, this isn't actually possible! It's a real shame if it isn't, as we will be trading in our Christmas gift for a Playstation tomorrow if this is the case.
