How can I become an Xbox Live moderator?

The whole Enforcement Action stuff is stupid. No players should be able to have the privilege to ban whom ever they like. Major flaw. I was banned from communicating because some jerk got mad at me for wanting to kill him. He then messaged me, called me
a no life, and told me he was going to ban me... I mean talk about power trip. Stuff like this is why Xbox is getting killed by Playstation. I will be getting rid of my Xbox and will buy a ps4 as I am a strong believer of equal rights. And it seems as if the other
players have certain privileges that the rest of us don't. I suggest switching to a counsel that actual cares about fair game play and equal user rights instead of sticking with a counsel that involves an "enforcement cult" to monopolize power in the hands
of few players.

No players have the ability to ban other people from the service. As Smwutches said above, the only people who can do that are the Enforcement Team, who are directly employed by Microsoft, and they only issue a ban if a report has been filed and their investigations
shows it's warranted.

If someone is sending messages with threats of banning you, they certainly don't work for the Enforcement Team. The best thing to do is not engage but report the message through your console. Then the real Enforcement Team can deal with them.

You're actually thinking of the enforcement team. They are the only ones who actually take enforcement action. It's like any other job. If they have a job opening you send in a resume and interview.
