    and one more thing' if someone is being rude to you or rude on the voice communication, then report them and Xbox live will suspend them if the Report is valid.

    That would be an enforcement team member. It would be just like any other job. You would have to see if Microsoft has any positions open, send in a resume, interview, etc. You would also have to live in Redmond, WA and most like you have to be at least 18.
