It is quite incredible that a wannabe moderator can in his first day break several forum rules, from naming and shaming to posting adverts for his youtube channel,have a thread removed and now go on a mission to insult all the forum regulars.

Well that's one way to ensure you will not become a mod.

That would be an enforcement team member. It would be just like any other job. You would have to see if Microsoft has any positions open, send in a resume, interview, etc. You would also have to live in Redmond, WA and most like you have to be at least 18.
