How can I become a game producer at Xbox?

Hi,

I was wondering if any Xbox employee or former Xbox employee to tell me how to get a job as a producer on the Xbox team? Like what position would I have to start with?

That older technology also becomes very cheap to produce. I can only point to the PS 2 and how Sony kept that alive as long as people would buy it. It's worked in the past.

I can totally understand your frustration, I have had issues with other devices, although electronic devices that are massed produced there will always be X % of them that are or become defective before expected.
