how can i be added to the live rewards program ?

Discus and support how can i be added to the live rewards program ? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i asked on chat to be added to the program and it was said i was added but i dont get anything including emails so something is wrong i think...     I completed a survey via the Xbox Live Rewards program around 5 days ago, how long before the 250 reward points are added to my account?

    Reward Points for gold renewal not showing after nearly 2 weeks!

    Reward points (i'm guessing that you are refering to the Live Reward Program here) take up to 45 open days to be added to your account.

    Hello jambasman,

    You cannot join the program since you are in the Portugal region. Portugal is not an eligible Rewards Region.

    Hello jambasman,

    You cannot join the program since you are in the Portugal region. Portugal is not an eligible Rewards Region.

    Since Romania is not an Xbox Live supported country, it will be a while before it's added to the Rewards program.
