    Hello Mewsicle,

    I recommend trying to manually update the console. You can do so by downloading the update on a windows pc and then moving the update to a USB drive or blank CD. You can find the steps to do that here : How
    to get a new Xbox 360 update

    If you have done this step already also, go ahead and let us know every step you have done. That way we can avoid giving troubleshooting you have performed.
