How can I ask for suspension of my hacked account?

Hey there,

I have an issue. Recently, from my fault, my Microsoft Account got hacked. I lost access to my Minecraft and Xbox accounts, but I kind of just accepted that, and made a new account - the one I’m writing from. The hacker linked second email to the stolen one, so every instruction I used from Microsoft Support to recover old account didn’t work - it was all directed to the second email of hacker, not to my stolen account. So my question, how do I contact living person to request suspension of stolen account? I can’t figure out where can I write to Microsoft directly!! All I can find is just those pre-made tutorials that don’t work for me, or phone number that has only robotic assistant answering (and it keeps telling me that they can’t resolve the issue on this phone line). I just want my stolen account to get suspended, so the hacker can’t use it! Please, help me out.

If that doesn't help, I would suggest trying these steps and see if you can reach the Xbox customer support for them to further check or investigate your account.

Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Type Account Hacked > Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

how can i be responsible if

1. i was hacked

2. i physically had no access to my account to even stop it

3. i was suspended when i had no access

to a normal functioning human being it makes no sense, i didnt ask to be hacked,

If you are against hacking, you would not be suspended right now.

Make a thread on this board to get a specific reason why or were banned, and/or how long your suspension will last.

Hello I already tried the account reinstatement 8times and I don't think this is related to my issue because my microsoft account was hacked then suspended because the account recovery thought the account cannt be recovered, which is not true. The support told me the enforcement team and remove the suspension of a microosft account , however I don't really truth that's why I asked this question

Hello so it's been a year now i'm trying to remove the suspension of my account , that wasnot suposed to exist because i didn't say i wanted a suspension to protect my account when i was hacked , i wanted a data transfer. I want to know if the account reisntatment https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/concern/accountreinstatement can help me remove the suspension even if the two step verification is on ( i tried 8 times this form and it says me that we can't recover teh account because there is two step verification but maybe i did something bad).

Typically if the account cannot be recovered then they will indefinitely suspend the account instead to prevent anyone from using it further.

I know you didnt ask for that specifically but thats just what happens if the account is unable to be recovered. If the person who hacked your account enabled 2 step verification using their own information then this typically makes the account unrecoverable.
