How can i access to my purchased games?

First: sorry for my poor english. Not my first language.

Second ( and my problem): I did a hard reset and my profile is deleted with all of my digital games. So now i cant find them in my history either. I purchased them with mobile phone. I still have the notifications on my phone to prove (if i must) i payed for them. I used the same number if it helps.

What can i do?

Regarding your issue, I recommend that you try first to remember what is the e-mail that you used for your Xbox profile, so that you can sign in with it and check your orders history.

If you are unable to find the e-mail it would be best to contact support, so that they can check your issue from their side Contact us | Xbox Support.
