How can I access my Xbox games on windows?

I have purchased a few games on my xbox series x console, one being Microsoft Flight Simulator with a few hundred dollars of add-ons. While I can access those games on the console, I login to the same account on PC and it says my library is empty and it says empty no matter where I have logged in, only correctly displaying the games I own on the console . I have tried many methods to fix the issue but non have worked. Please I really need the help, I dont want to lose all my flight sim progress and the expenses I have put in. Thanks.

Yes, it is not listed in the play Anywhere game, however, it says from the details on this link in the middle part, https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/microsof....

It shows that it is playable on PC and Xbox Series X/S.

Well first only play anywhere titles apply to pc and console

If you get gamepass Ultimate you can cloud play various console titles available on ultimate

You can also use the remote play feature of the xbox app for the installed games on your xbox

I have never purchased game pass but was still able to get the game through that and could still play it without game pass. Can a game pass bought on one account on the xbox be shared with another account on the same xbox?

My order history includes the flight sim credits for in-game purchases but not the actual game, I downloaded it through game pass. This problem is the same for my other games but the other games were not bought through game pass but rather through a regular purchase. Thank you for the quick replies!

I have checked the play anywhere catalog and it does not include Microsoft Flight Sim but on the MSFS store page it lists one of its features as being Play Anywhere. So I am a bit confused whether it is available to play anywhere or not.
