    Xbox live invites not working

    I am having trouble with my Xbox one. I can accept party invites but cannot accept game invites. I also cannot send party or game invites.

    Having trouble getting others in lobby to party up and play together on ghost

    Can't send or receive game invites sometimes and then can't accept or don't get invites. Why did Microsoft or xbox live change this system on the one since the 360 version works ok?( pretty stupid). This has been happening for the past couple of weeks.

    If you are playing 360 games from an Xbox One, press the Start button and the Select button at the same time on your controller and you will access the Xbox 360 guide.

    You can play with someone on the 360 but you will need to be on a 360 game in the backwards compatibility. you can invite people to party and game, use the xbox 360 mini dashboard to do that.
    Yes, OP, are you using the mini dashboard while in the xbox 360 game? Push START and SELECT and invite your other account to your game through that and accept it in the same fashion on the other account. You can't use the xbox one dashboard to accept an
    invite to an xbox 360 game.
