How can have a cheat ban when never used cheats.

I dont know how this day at 21:00 p.m i have a ban account for cheating when i didnt use my console in all day, i dont udenstand why if one kid reports other can end in 14 days ban. Because i dont know what think how can i have 2 times a case of cheating
in my history the same 2 in last years 2016-2017 when my account have more of 5 years. Im playing xbox for years and never have a ban, never have a cheating case because i dont use any type of cheats only i have my original games but this last time... i dont
know how, i see im baned for 14 days and reason is ``cheating´´. Best is i losed my payed gold for time im baned, i losed my night plan to play with friend, and im sure if this solved im not back for 24 hr minimum. I hope this for sony anyone can report like
no head, but never i think xbox does the same, only i can wish xbox support does better than sony and review case. As I can trust a company when they so easily block my account without giving me any opportunity for explanation, and if I want to do it much
later. How i know im safe of this dont repeat again if ban is literally automatic. I have a lot of money purchased in my dlcs and games and i do not like to see that money is in danger. When i see anyone can judge a case.... what is that so anyone can ban
other for any reason.

issue on false banning

i got ban from xbox for no reason in 2016 i try so hard to get my account back never got it back later i found out xbox said i used cheats online but i never did since 2008 also heres my gamer tag is acekill117 im sick of people abusing the report system
for false claiming some one of cheating just because there good or not im done with people who false claims for using cheats u should only ban people who are useing mods and cheats its not ok to use modes or cheats its unfair for me what did i do wrong
to you guys ive never used mods or cheats in my entire life on xbox

You can be reported if the person feels you have broken the Code of Conduct for Xbox Live, or even the game. With that been said, game developers have their own Enforcement team as well, and they can ban/suspend your account from their game servers, or services.
Whereas the Xbox Live Enforcement team can ban/suspend or take Enforcement Action against your Xbox Account.

Rest assured, the Xbox Enforcement team review all complaints submitted using the file complaint option within the Xbox Profile. The use of banning/suspending is commonly used throughout other services and is a common practice. They have a variety of ways
