    I wasnt sure but my Main account was banned and i have purchased avatar items and themes. And i just made the new Gamertag and i cant find the items I got from the marketplace. can someone help?

    It should give you a message that the console is not allowed on the Live service when you try connecting. You can also try asking here -

    Two things might occur, violated term of service or illegally modifed console. My suggestion, don't buy consoles from other people from other, buy it from stores and cross your fingers when you can connect to live on an unbanned console.     we are very confused ... we just bought a used console from gamestop, plugged in our old drive from the nonworking console and got banned msg we were involved in theft ... its very hard to find someone to talk to directly about this ... we did not get an
    email and its hard to figure out how to get in touch with enforcement. The rules say you can not undo a life ban ... I'm a mother that is so confused please help ...
