I think we should fight to have a platform where you can get on a list for Microsoft directly to be called when your name comes up to purchase an Xbox Series X for the standard price of $600. I've been waiting since it's release to find a store with a device in stock and there's no platform to even start paying for the Series X. I think there should be a platform from Microsoft where you make a $350 deposit to get on a list and after you're on the list you can pay off the rest of the price it costs for a console while your waiting for your name to come up on the list and if you haven't paid it off or don't have the difference of what you owe when your called, you move all the way back to the bottom of the list and have to wait until your name comes up again. And there should be a clause stating no-one can ask for their money back once on the list and once they've paid the full price and their name comes up, the basic product warranty is applied unless you pay for an advertised warranty with stipulations made by Microsoft like a 2-year automatic replacement warranty where you send in the console and when they receive it they send you a brand new device. I would pay an extra $200 for that especially if they let you swap your defective console for a brand new one at a merchant they deal with like Best Buy, Staples or EB Games right away as long as you have your warranty and receipt with proof of purchase for the device and the extended customised warranty when you bring it in. Physical damage isn't covered. How many of you would agree to this purchase arrangement?

You forget though there are no laws against free will

And it's not scalpers who are getting all of them

Some people just take their chances

And get tone and see the profit at reselling so they sell

Also ms cannot control free will so what people do after they buy them is upto them

And retailers have their own controls.nor does ms have the right to control them

And then you get the people who add fuel to the fire by buying from resellers instead of retailers at scalped price planing to complain to ms or the retailer about the scalped price and yes people do make that mistake

Free will is not illegal and resellers do have shops on etailer websites like Wal-Mart which does not fall under gouging laws or ms rules

Honestly I’d give anything right now even just for a chance at getting one. We are a year post launch and still being scalped by bots and terrible people alike. Just sucks cause I’m not paying double for something just because some guy bought 10 so he could resell them. For sa smart as the people who work for Microsoft are to bad they haven’t thought of something like that yet.
