how are you spending black friday?

i'm sitting in my room contemplating getting diablo III: reaper of souls - ultimate evil edition (now with more subtitle). at 15 gigs i should be able to play it around next black friday. also
might probably gonna watch the south park black friday/game of thrones/stick of truth trilogy.

How are you spending your skill points ?

I bought Item drop. I didn't even buy the Defense, Combat or Gun damage until was almost done the game. I am concentrating on Infinite ammo because once I have that all my skill points will go towards upgrading everything else.

 

How are you spending your skill points ?

I just finished Leon's first chapter, and now I get to spread my skill points around. I only got 13000 total with a c grade.

I died a lot in the subway, it took me forever to learn to "back" into the wall when a train came by. I also took a lot of time looking around for barrels and loot. So now where should I spend them ? I found myself doing a lot more melee attacks in ths game
-vs- the past ones. It seems that putting a skill in the weapon branch woul be smart also. It's still really early in my campaign ****, so any advice would be helpful.

 

Cleaning up the mess my friends and family left at my home after the Thanksksgiving din din. Shopping? NO...I don't like the hustle and bustle atmosphere. I'm a slow and laid-back shopper. I might look over the sales here and on Steam, but other than
that, nothing.

 

I spent a little bit of Thanksgiving cleaning and organizing my closet and donating a lot of old clothes to the salvation army. I'm just spending Black Friday buying a few clothes items online, no video games this year, I'm content with what I have

I don't buy games as often anymore because I have Gamefly which pretty much satiates that need.

I did buy some video games a few months ago though - Final Fantasy Theatrhythm Curtain Call and some very old Original Xbox games (Fatal Frame II, Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance I & II, and Sudeki). I fixed my Original Xbox in August by myself after reading
repair guides and watching videos, so I've been having a lot of fun playing all the old Xbox games I never finished. I was really happy that I fixed it by myself as I was just guessing what was wrong with it (Xbox needed new power supply).

Currently I've been playing Jet Set Radio Future (yeah after 12+ years, finally working on finishing the game) and Dreamfall The Longest Journey.. and hope to finish more old Xbox games over time in between work, PhD program, and life itself!

 

Being from the UK I do not celebrate such a holiday. Also. I'm Deist and don't celebrate any holidays come to think of it.

But today will be spent with my cousin who I've not seen for a while. It also happens to be my yearly drinking and smoking day, where I shall consume around 2-3 vodka's and smoke some roll-ups (between 5-10 roll-ups).

That is all. Enjoy you bargain games and left over turkey for excellent gaming sandwiches. Not that I believe in Turkeys, being a Deist and all.

 

I went to Best Buy, and it was surprisingly not that bad. I mean it was crowded, yes, but not bad enough for me to get trampled on, or having wait 3 hours at the checkout. Everything took like ~30 minutes.

I got Dead Rising 3 and a gaming mouse.

Amazon also was having a sale on the Xbox one Stereo Headset, so I bought that too, if that counts.

So overall, pretty good Doorbuster/Black Friday.

 

I'm at work.

The perils of gainful employment mean you sometimes miss out on attending Black Friday Deals.

However one of the perks of gainful employment is not needing a Black Friday sale to buy a game.

(Which should not be misconstrued as a suggestion that anyone shopping on Black Friday is either poor, unemployed or both).

I dont participate in made up holidays to boost sales.

 

Yeah, if I get one more email or see one more black friday commercial, I'm going to have a meltdown.

 

Just got done playing SSOD and GTA.

 

No such thing as Black Friday in Australia. Boxing Day is where it's at

 

I came to the hospital for an operation on Black Friday. Ill be here til Sunday or Monday.
