    How are we as consumers going to be compensated?


    This is ridiculous! We paid almost $500 for the COD xbox one and can't even play the *** thing. How do you have a console out for months but can't grasp keeping it up and running. Meanwhile, the xbox live membership we paid for is being wasted for days of
    non-play.....what is Microsoft going to do for customers who have been loyal to them in paying for this service? I would expect to be compensated for the time lost on the membership that I PAID FOR! How about a free month of xbox live for all of us? Is that
    too much to ask for? We are seriously thinking about returning this POS and getting the PS4. WHERE THE HELL IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?! I am tired of reading the same *** update....please check back in 30 minutes. How about you give us paying customers a
    real update and compensation for all the frustration and time we are wasting?

    As predicted, Witcher 3 has an initial update less then 1 gb. We are getting rammed as consumers and gamers. There needs to be a limit.

    PS4 is having the same issues? We purposely waited longer to get the system to avoid bugs and fixes and this is what we get....upset boys who can't even play their Christmas present.

  6. If you need the day one update then I think it can be put on a thumb drive and update that way so you can atleast play offline.

  7. By the way op do your research next time...... Psn is in worse condition ATM, I own 2 Xbox ones and 1 ps4, the psn has been *** the last 3 days, I mean I haven't connected once. On Xbox live iv watched movies, played online ect......

    Hes not interested in the offline game.....this is why we paid for the xbox live membership. It is frustrating to pay all this money and only be able to play offline. Minds well hook the old 360 back up....that works fine and there are no issues getting
    online with that console. I feel like we wasted our money and should have just stuck with what worked.

    We are xbox loyal, but it sucks when you pay all that money to not do much and have an upset child. He's waited all year for this and for what? To not be able to connect? Plugging in the xbox 360 and calling it a day, maybe they will have it fixed by the
    end of the weekend. smh I don't need a $500 console to watch TV, we have xbmc for that.

    Microsoft is an awesome company and is well known for compensating consumers who have loss or interruptions with their service. There has been several post that affected users have been offered a free month already. So as most of those above have said

    I am fully aware they are an awesome company as I have been with them for years.....I do have the right to vent as everyone else on these threads....so that is what I did. I have read numerous threads about this issue and have seen none where anyone was
    compensated. I am sorry I have 6 children and do not have all the time in the day to read EVERY post on EVERY thread on this issue. No need to keep telling me to research, I am only concerned with myself and my child's membership and what they are going to
    do for us and not the other guy/girl. I can clearly see we are not the only ones having issues and why there is an issue to begin with, but like I said I am only concerned with what they are going to do for my family and not the rest of the world. Thanks for

  12. If your kids are crying they can't play live well they have bigger problems... Single player is more then enough for your kids, be a parent and put them in their place. Playstation is in worse condition right now so you are suffering less then ps4 owners.
    Yes it sucks U can't play online but there are tons of great single player games, if they can't handle it well then I guess gaming isn't for you or your kids because this will only increase in frequency, it'd called cyber terrorisim and isn't going anywhere
    anytime soon,

    A DDOS attack is so easy to do I could teach a 8 year old to take down major sites, but lizzardsquad was dumb enough to actually do it and they will end up in jail as they mostly live in the UK and USA.

    Ps4 is in worse shape so the fact anyone is complaining is stupid. Xbox live goes up and down, you just need to keep trying and keep an eye out on
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status to see when if its back online.
