    How are Micorsoft Solitaire Collection Challenges Timed?


    I am curious to know how the challenges are time. Is it a total of how long it took you to play each game, or a total of how long you were in the daily challenge portion of the app? For example, if I finish challenge 10 of 20, and I leave the game open,
    then go and do something else for an hour, is that hour I was away added to how long it took me to finish all 20 games?

    Obviously not a burning issue...just curious!

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection - Go Back To Old Games

    Hi

    The old basic card games are all still there. When you first start solitaire collection

    On the left hand side of the screen are the 3 basic games of Klondike solitaire,

    Free cell solitaire and spider solitaire plus a couple new ones. You do not have to

    Play the Daily Challenges or the star collection if you don't want to.

    similar, hard on the time standing. My problem occurs when a particular challenge is started but not completed. Stop and leave Microsoft Solitaire Collection entirely or go and compete in another challenge. The additional time accumulates and posts when
    the unfinished challenge is finally completed.

    yes I have done all of april challenges od solitaire collections till today though it takes some of them doing 3 4 times to get successful

    If you're also using a Windows 8 or 8.1 device, your progress is automatically saved to the cloud as well, and you can keep earning achievements and completing challenges between other Windows 8, 8.1, and Windows 10 devices.

    Note Any achievements and challenges that you complete on your Windows 10 device will not be available on your Windows 8 or 8.1 devices. The Windows 10 version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection contains new features and challenges that aren't
    available in previous versions of the game.

    For example, if you play Microsoft Solitaire Collection on your Windows 8.1 device at work and complete all the daily challenges, you’ll find that these challenges are incomplete when you open Microsoft Solitaire Collection on your Windows 10 device at home.
    The next day, when you return to your Windows 8.1 device, the challenges from the previous day will show as completed.

    OK - I've narrowed it down to ONLY this PC and ONLY solitaire daily challenges. I can pull up my account on every other device. One thing I've noticed - when I click to open the solitaire collection, it takes an unusually long time (20 seconds?) to load. I've installed and uninstalled the collection. I've signed in and out of XBox. Crazy.
