    How and where to report xbox one error codes???


    I was in the middle of a game when my xbox crashed and gave me error code 0x87e50001

    Telling me to go to xbox.com/helperror but when I search for the code nothing comes up matching my error code and not having an option to report error codes is just mind boggling. My question is first why doesn't the console automatically report error codes
    so they can get fixed. Second why have error codes tell you to go to Microsoft help to report it and not give an option to report codes?

    if this just happened about 30 minutes ago there is a service issue with Xbox live.

    So I have the code 0x800704cf my Internet is working so what do I do I can't get connected to live and don't want to be paying money to something that does not even work so Im canceling my subscription, moving to a new bank sort code unless this gets fixed
    I'll never give mocrosoft any money ever again unless this fixes within 2 days

    Same reason a car doesn't do it automatically something has to be connected to it to analyze the issue. With that being said lets see what we can do with your issue. This may indicate that the Xbox Live
    service is down. You might also see this error after you change your gamertag, which may mean your gamertag change did not apply correctly to your account.
