    I've asked the question multiple times on the phone to no avail. Been told to post here in the forum, which I did over a year ago. I've been with Xbox since the 360, and in that time I've amassed about 120000 Gamer score, bought to many games to count, been
    a insider member for a year to become an alpha already with 900xp. This is more than so many people I know that have been with you since original xbox, yet here I sit getting screwed on rewards. I received a few on 360, but if you look at my purchase history,
    you will see no way should I be sitting at half way in the 0 VIP. I've pre-ordered games and got nothing, I should be so so much higher, as well as actually having some points. Yet here I sit with nothing to show for my loyalty. I have close to 4TB of games
    sitting on my ONE, that's not counting games I bought on the 360 or from your store. Where are the rewards?

    Now, you replied, I didn't understand the program. B.S. I get it fully. You say you changed it from gamer score in 2014. I remembered. You said I should spend $300 in Nonreward offer sales to get off VIP 0 level. I have 4TB of digital just on Xbox one arm,
    not counting my 360. A ton of arcade games. I've preordered a few games just this past year from the console itself. Tell me again I haven't spent $300. Not to mention the other games I buy all the time on your sales. Do yourself a favor a quit assuming. Actually
    look at my account, as up all my purchases. You'll see it's way over the measly $300. Oh and don't just reply and lock the topic so I can't reply trying to make me look like I'm the stupid one.

    Really guys? Since posting the link to the thread with over 100 replies about the topic wasn't clear enough, I locked it because we already have a thread to discuss that. Now before you wonder why I'm locking this one, it's because it's off-topic and seems to be a cesspool of flaming everyone.

    Support does check into your purchases before posting. They also lock posts because it's easier/faster for them to see a new post rather than a reply in another. As far as start levels, subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards
    VIP.

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Again I understand rewards, but I can't get any besides the normal users if they don't move the VIP on anything I did. It's been sitting on the same spot for years, Reguardless of what I've done. About half way in level 0 It doesn't matter who, how ,where
    , why, or what I purchase that VIP doesn't move. And I've bought from the website, the console, during sales, I could go on and on. That VIP is unchanged. So there is the issue. If my VIP were correct who knows what I'd have earned. Not to mention this "New
    way" to get rewarded revolves around several areas. I'm guessing that's not just beta. But it mentions gamer score and all sorts of stuff. But if they can't even sort the VIP on my account, I highly doubt mine will work correctly.

    As mentioned in your previous post (No reply to post 1yr ago try again):

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    We see that at the end of each of those years, you were beneath the spending amount required for one star, so you were placed at a default level after the calibration. We lock topics after responding since some users experience difficulties responding to
    threads, and opened older threads can be buried quickly in periods of high traffic. As you request, we will leave this thread open, but cannot guarantee a response.
