    Microsoft, can we fix Xbox live? Hello? Microsoft? Hello?

    Was on Amazon watching movie when I got kicked off because of X Box Live not work!! Whats going on? Instead of telling us you are working on the problem how about telling us why its happening and when we can get back on.

    xbox live gold not registering

    we are paying for two years of xbox live Gold, but the x box sytem has us registered as xbox live free, so we don't get the benefits of the gold memebership



    what's going on here -- its been this way since Christmas

    What game are you having trouble with?

    No matter,you won't get reimbursed for anything unless xbox live is completely down,which it isn't.

    Also, a Gold membership is required for online multiplayer features. You are showing as having a Silver membership which would not give you access to this.

    This is complete weak sauce man, whats the point of pre-ordering for beta access then sending out codes early all for them to not work..pretty much as expected. You would think x-box live would be ready for this type of thing. The Same thing happened last
    year when I tried to download AW day zero edition,,,needless to say it became the day 2 edition. You guys got to fix this or start reimbursing somehow I don't know how many times people are going to sit back and let it ride.

    We definitely recommend ensuring that your Xbox Live account region matches the region you're physically located in. Since you mentioned you're physically located in Taiwan, be sure to use our Xbox
    Live Account Migration Tool     and let us know how it goes! Additionally, try bypassing the router by wiring directly to your modem to see if that helps.
