    I started posting on the forum yesterday, my initial issues began with Fortnite, I went through the troubleshooting instructions based on the messages I was getting. Now I have no access to anything.

    Still no voice commands with Netflix!

    This is getting to be frustrating!!! I'm a patient man but dang!!! I WANT TO WATCH MY MOVIE APPS!!!HOW ABOUT A RESPONSE FROM SOMEONE THAT DOESN'T JUST BRUSH YOU OFF!

    What error messages are you getting?

    Do you have Xbox Live, Game pass or EA Access? if you now ran out will affect some games from being played.

    Ah, okay, that settles it then (what's "reading"?). I would have just gone with this assumption anyway, but it seemed weird how I was repeatedly getting messages about it. Anyway, thanks for the response.
