how about a portable xbox / playstation gaming idea

someones playing this spy voices in my head and i want to tell you i enjoyed when i could take my laptop everywhere and people are doing call of duty on phones i think you could make a data package to get internet anywhere and people could bring a portable xbox with a small screen like a gaming cellphone with a controller on the outside where you can play any game you want online or offline anywhere you want play it while you wait on a transportation system, at work or at school when youre in between classes
