    How about a little attention to the Microsoft Games - Jigsaw, Solitaire, Mahjong and Taptiles?


    There is a recurring problem that is associated with the ads placed in these games. White screen freezes, crashes, trouble connecting to the internet. Lots of users are posting about their problems and I see no response from support.

    My current problem started about 11 pm central time on July 17th. None of the above games will load. I am even having problems just playing the games that can be played offline. The problems occur when ads would be loading.

    Please respond to this concern. And if you tell me that I need to reinstall the games, I will just have to completely uninstall Xbox games. Too many problems without any response from support.

    Is anyone else having problems with xbox Microsoft games (Solitaire, Mahjong, Jigsaw) loading in Windows 10?

    Further correction: I find I can sign into MS Jigsaw, Mahjong, and Taptiles OK. It is just Solitaire and the main Xbox account which won't let me in. The latter is particularly curious, since Jigsaw etc are accepting the same username and password...

    Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games don't work since few days on PC ( and I'd payed for it!)

    Go to the Store and install another Microsoft game. Like Mahjong or Jigsaw.

    Start that game and when you are logged in to Xbox Live, start Solitaire while leaving the Mahjong or Jigsaw game open.

    Worked for me.

    Not loading Mahjong

    Having the same problem In the last few days with both Mahjong & Solitaire. Solitaire was working & Taptiles wasn't. Now Solitaire won't work, but Taptiles does.
