as from what every one is posting my self included someone isnt doing there job we alll spend countless amounts of money on here even on specific reward product. and we are not recieving help or our credit nore rewards

Well thats a load of crap maybe people who have been banned should file a class action lawsuit against microsoft as well as criminal charges for theft of property and or services good thing im a lawyer

Suspension

I was suspended for 16 days. Can't chat or play multiplayer games. 90% of my games are multiplayer. I pay for a service and you stop me from using it. Will I be getting my months fee for Xbox live prorated for this? If not where do I send my small claims
lawsuit and file my criminal complaint of theft? I believe since the theft happened over state lines, I wonder if this would count as wire fraud? I guess we'll find out.

What do you mean by lawsuit? Are you talking about your account or the Xbox Live service in general? The way you wrote your question kind of confused me.

I filed a BBB complaint on Dec. 28th, and still haven't heard anything.

Though checking the status of the complaint on the BBB site shows it wasn't processed until Jan 3rd and that MS has until Feb 17 to respond.

So I wouldn't count on it speeding things up. But it doesn't hurt to file and add to the record of complaints against MS. Could be useful if there's any class action lawsuit in the future over MS's terrible customer service in dealing with these account
thefts ,and their failure to stop them since people are still posting about having their accounts hacked/stolen in recent days.

@voteDC @BEASTmmb I'm aware of companies and owners of websites being taken to court for intellectual property theft however I am yet to hear of an individual having a lawsuit against them for downloading files for personal use. Please correct me if I am
wrong with some resources.
