Household with 3 xbox's

We have a tricky problem caused by the addition of a third xbox in our house that a general trawl of the web has not produced an answer to.

We have 3 kids and recently purchased a 3rd xbox.

Till now the kids have each had an account and there is an adult account that we manage that has live gold, game pass and purchased digital games and this account is used to share across the two xbox.

So the question is how do I set up the third xbox (in the cheapest way possible) so that everyone retains access to all purchased games, live and gamepass?

my household has 3 different xbox ones. a day one, then another purchased last march and then last 1 last month. all 3 of my xbox's are quiet.

You are aloud to register up to 3 console in your household.

In my household I run 2 Xbox ones and 3 Xbox 360, all have played multiplayer at the same time with no special settings, all are wired
