    Ok, so i really hope this gains a somewhat large following. This is my first post in the forums and im sure there are many others out there that can relate.

    Gamesharing- this is a great way to expand one subscription to an additional console. Location is not an issue with the current capabilities of game sharing. This is awesome for those of us who have kids and do not want to purchase multiple subscriptions
    for live and gamepass. We got that covered.

    The issue- as with myself I know that there are many more households out there with multiple kids and multiple (more than 2 consoles). Here in lies the issue i have with the current implementation of gamesharing, in my household i have 3 (three) consoles,
    i share with one but have to purchase an additional subscription for the third console. I would like to see microsoft move towards creating a online sharing platform for this situation. I know the tech is there. Something along the lines of current streaming
    services, having one paid but allowing profiles to be tethered to the main or parent account while still allowing all features to be accessible. But restricted to consoles that are only connected to the same network. This preventing cross country sharing and
    raping microsoft/xbox of subs because this is where they make their money. I would even be willing to pay, lets say $20/mo for gamesharing (gamepass/online accessibility) for lets say up to 4 consoles connested on the same network. Something along those lines.
    I say i would be willing to pay a little extra because this would still make the current game sharing platform a viable option for those that do like i used to, share with my brother in law on the other coast, as do many people still do. I just hate having
    to pay for 2 (two) subscriptions just so both of my kids have access to the same games and online olay and whatnot.

    so with that being said, i hope the forum community can help press this issue and gain the attention of the xbox community as well as microsoft to hopefully implement this as an option for households that have more than 2 consoles.

    Let me share a copy of a $60 collar game with members of my own family, who are on the same XBL Gold Family account, across more than one (like, two) xboxes in the same household.

    The gameshare feature is meant for households with more than one console,not for sharing with your mates unless they live in the same house.

    In any case,you can only share between two consoles.

    Is that someone else someone who lives in the same household? If not than this could be part of why he was banned since sharing like that outside of your household is a bannable offense.

    The "home console" feature was meant for use within the same household and basically meant so that you wouldnt have to pay for the same game twice on two Xbox systems you own so if he was using it to share games with someone outside of the household that can be considered abuse of the "gamesharing". It was never intended to be used in that way.

    The game sharing feature is meant for households with more than one console.It is not meant for you to share with your friends & could get you into trouble.

    Only one can use Xbox Game Pass. You can however share the games that are on Xbox Game Pass with someone else using the Home Xbox setting on the console.

    Bear in mind this feature can only be used in the same household if there is more than one console in it. Sharing games to other users in other households is against the terms of use, and can get you suspended or banned for doing it.
