House Flipper is broken. (It's a waste of time)

If you want to waste your time, then House Flipper is the game for you!

I have bought this game quite some time ago, like around 1 year ago and around 5 months later, this game now is absolutely BROKEN! So, what happened was I was fixing a house and when I relogged into the default save game, it was like I had just bought the house. I wasted around 1 hour for my progress to be reset. So this happened multiple times. Then it just stopped. I then decided to purchase the Garden Flipper DLC since nothing bad was happening, it was all good, was happy and then, when I return to my house (House on the moon), it just reset to what it was when I first bought it. Now I was annoyed but what confused me was that there wasn't my laptop there and I was a millionaire at that point (for no reason whatsoever). How? Why? And if that wasn't enough I sold that house to see where my laptop actually was, so when I sold it, I just got teleported back into the moon house... Another thing is that the gate/van for going to jobs is also duplicating jobs. I have also sent an e-mail to Frozen District. I wasted loads of time on this game, like HOURS, does anyone else have the same problem, and yes I have made another profile for the same thing to happen.

PS. I could move my office into the moon after it had broken completely.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Is this the only DLC that you're having issues with in House Flipper? Try to delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then check the game again.
