House flipper game crashing

My house flipper game keeps crashing both on my xbox one and ps4 and i lose all my work that i did on my property , can you guys please get this issue fixed, i really like the game and paid alot for both games. Thank you

You need to contact Empyrean games about this issue. Then they can issue a patch for the console version of the game, once they find out why the game crashes on the consoles.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with House Flipper. Unfortunately, it appears other people are having issues on different consoles so this is something the developers would need to fix through a patch. I would suggest contacting http://empyrean.games/ but I am sure they are already aware of the issue.

Is this the only DLC that you're having issues with in House Flipper? Try to delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then check the game again.
