    The blackscreen and snowy screen are the same issue...

    Can you list specifically what troubleshooting steps you've tried? I assume you've hard reset, unplugged the console, unplugged all cables and reseated them, and updated your TV's firmware (if you can). If you've tried anything else, please let me know,
    but it looks like it's an issue with Philips TVs.
