    Hello guys. Right...I'm well peeved off. I have an xbox 360 and me and my 7 year old son love a play but, recently I have got a new mobile phone and when I try to connect to my hotspot (we can't get WiFi fitted in our home as my roofs to low to get a signal
    and the position of the cul-de-sac i live in the area apparently) anyway so the new phone connected a bit the 1st couple of days but began to cut out and now we can't get anything. I've checked the network statistics it says...

    Internet failed

    Internet blocked

    Latency blocked

    Packet loss blocked

    Upload speed blocked

    Download speed blocked

    Signal strength 100%

    WiFi speed 0mb

    I've checked my phone and it seems open to things tethering off it. . My sons kindle and my partners phone work fine for example. Pleeeeease can someone help?

    Technically yes, but you need to watch how much data you subscribe for. Game downloads and updates can be tens of gigabytes, and streaming and online play can both be very data intensive. Plus wi-fi hotspots are pretty good, but not 100% reliable.

    if you have a pc, try to connect to the Internet on it. You may have to work with your ISP to fix your connection.

    It means it's your mobile hotspot. Please turn off the mobile data then restart your device then turn it on again then start with the mobile hotspot again.
