    Hotline Miami collection won’t start when using Elite Series 2 controller


    If you are using the Elite Series 2 controller when you launch the Hotline Miami collection and get to the “press any button” screen the controller is completely unresponsive and you cannot advance. The only button that works is the guide button.

    When using a normal XB1 controller however it works fine and lets you advance past the initial screen and play normally.

    One workaround I found is when you get to the “press any button” screen and the Elite 2 becomes unresponsive, turn on a second regular xb1 controller and use that to press a button to advance to the next screen. The Elite S2 still won’t work so from there turn off the regular xb1 controller, turn off the Elite S2, and then turn the Elite S2 back on. At that point once the Elite connects again it will then start working in the game.

    i played the crap out of it for a week or so after it went free for ps+, then i just kinda stopped...i really should get back to it, it's fantastic and i'm not that far from the end.

    It's not even on Xbox, so yeah, no chance of it going free. Still, get it. It's a fantastic game. I've got it on my Vita and I love it.
