Hot Wheels Unleashed will not fully launch

We appreciate your coming to the Xbox community, and we're sorry you're having this issue. I'm afraid it's a specific issue with this game, have you noticed similar issues in other games of yours, or do you have this issue only in this game?

Thanks again for the quick response. I have tried the first solution once before but have tried again just incase. I don't know why, but after attempting, there were two icons for the game on the dash....
The second solution just resulted in the game refusing to even launch for a good few minutes, this issue did not happen with other games.
After trying each of these options, it is especially frustrating (particularly after the last one) that none of these seem to have fixed the issue.

Thank you for the help despite the problem persisting, I was not looking forward to the last option and assume the fault must lie with the game, which is a real shame.

I see, what I can suggest you do is try the solutions below, if none of them solve the problem, maybe it's a specific problem with the game.

Solution 1:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button.

Open Settings.

Go to Network and select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

Solution 3:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

- Select the option to keep your games and apps so that they are not deleted, make sure you know your email and password as they will be removed from the console and you will need to add them again.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. when posting this I had not yet had a chance to try any other games after my attempts to resolve the issue, but was planning to. I have checked just now as of typing this response, and the first thing I have noticed is for some reason, a few of the dash items seem to take about a minute to load, and the same goes for the apps/games last played when I press the guide button (Though this could be due to my xbox having been unplugged until 5 minutes ago)

It does appear to be localised to the one game, first off seeing as it does launch the title, but crashes when trying to launch the menu, and I have now tried loading a few other games which have succeeded in launching the menus. I tried contacting the developers at the same time of making this post, over on Facebook, (I couldn't find any direct contact with them and was in a rush during my initial posts)

The game continues to crash after *pressing any button* and I am lost for what to do next. (I have not yet had a response from my attempt to contact the people behind the game)
