Hot Wheels track on Forza Horizon 3

I bought the Xbox one with the Forza 3 Hot wheels included. I can't get to the Hot Wheels track. It keeps saying it's due to my parental controls. I've tried to shut them off but don't seem to be having much luck.im actually finding this Xbox harder to navigate
then the 360. Can someone let me know how I can get into hot wheels. It would be appreciated

Forza Horizon 3 DLC query

So if I already have the main Forza Horizon 3 game and I've just purchased Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pass @ $52.45, what is this supposed to do? Master 13 has some new Hot Wheels cars in his garage, but we can't find the Hot Wheels track! I thought this
was a bulk buy and not in addition to the extra $20-30 for the Hot Wheels track? Please help a frustrated Mum!!
