Hot Wheels Car Pack not installing.

I paid for the pack a couple of weeks ago and it only download 2 cars. It still says that it is installing the rest of the them but its not, I cant re-purchase them because it says I have purchased them. I done a uninstall on the pack and gone back to the
game and it still says that its installing them. Any info on this please.

If your talking about the Hot Wheels pack it is not included in the car pass.

If I remember correctly the Hot Wheels cars were an add on pack that everyone had to pay for. So if you want a car that is in the pack you have to purchase the pack to get that car.

When it's showing you uninstall is that show on the Hot Wheels pack or just for Forza Horizon 3?

If it's on the Hot Wheels pack then that means it's already installed.
