    There should be a code in the box the console came in and you would need to redeem that on your account.

    I never saw this code and I now only have the empty box. Can I use the Serial Number of the console somehow?

    When it's showing you uninstall is that show on the Hot Wheels pack or just for Forza Horizon 3?

    If it's on the Hot Wheels pack then that means it's already installed.

    Hi, one thing I know about this game is that you do have to play the main game a little, and I think you have to unlock a second festival site before accessing the DLC content (including Hot Wheels). Since you just installed the game, I wonder if it might
    just be that you haven't played it yet? As I recall, this should take a few races/events before you unlock the second festival site- maybe about 30-60 minutes of gameplay if I remember correctly.
