Host Advantage Strikes Back! (And Sound too)

After a few days of play, I think its safe to say;

Host Advantage is back with a vengeance!

Its pretty obvious nearly every single round that there is someone on either team playing with a massive advantage over everyone else that isn't related to skill. Fighting against them is like fighting a demi-god; they're harder to kill than normal, have
a faster reaction time even when it doesn't make sense at all (such as getting attacked from behind or in hipfire situations) and gun you and everyone else down way faster than seems like it should be possible. Quite a few of us have probably experienced BEING
host too; its so easy to cut people down, you survive things you shouldn't and can effortlessly win gunfights even when surprised. Its pretty bad actually, and needs to be addressed soon.

Secondly; the sound on enemy footsteps needs to be turned WAY up. I'm not on PC so I can't check myself, but I would not be surprised if there isn't even a soundfile for footsteps to be heard for enemies its so quiet. Sound and sight are the two big sensory
inputs for gaming, and yet in Advanced Warfare sound is almost completely gone; weapons are quiet, moving makes almost no noise and EXO movements are almost whisper-quiet already. Even with a great sound system the sounds are lacking. Sound is how you prevent
people from sneaking up or flanking you unnoticed; right now everyone has Super Dead Silence, so you're basically SoL for preventing people from sneaking up on you or taking you by surprise.

Actual footsteps and better weapon sounds please.

MW2 had its own connection problems back in the day. Host had an extreme advantage back then too.

Define Plays? does it mean that the host advantage in black ops 2 is the same in AW, which was awful, does it mean the kill strikes in AW are over powered, and people will be camping for them and not playing the objective, spawn killing like they did in
black ops 2, black ops 2 was great if you had host.

 

Its crazy when I try to kill a certain person and can't, no matter how many grenades, bullets whatever and can't get them to die, but all the other teammates they have, I can kill no problem. Maybe there is a perk we unlock later, Dial Up?

 

What really did convince me that sound needs to be turned up in-game for foot steps and eco suits was when I was repeatedly killed by opponents using the eco suit to directly boost up beside on a roof top and I heard NOTHING!!!! I view my kill cam and what
the hell, they just boosted up beside me and melee me then boost away. Wow!!!!! I have heard footsteps but it's not as loud as they should be. Now for my teammates and have to say that DAM!!!! I hear them shouting I'm reloading from across the DAM map when
they are right beside.
