    Horribly disappointed in all service provided.


    The customer service I have received has been nothing short of terrible. First, a gamertag that was auto generated by xbox themselves OVER 12 YEARS AGO gets banned. Then, I am told that in order to change it, I have to pay 10 bucks for something
    from start to finish that xbox did themselves. Then i was refused a manager multiple times, told there is no other options to dispute or get any resolution and the case was closed with out any consideration. For such a simple statement saying to "just do whats
    right", it seems like microsoft and xbox have a very hard time with their own concept. Especially considering the 12 year customer. Absolutely ridiculous and it is stupid little things like this why xbox is losing to playstation in the console war.

  3. Disappointed Service...

    I am new to this, so please bare with me. My 360S had a "Hard Drive' Failure. I called XBOX support and they told me to send the console w/HD installed.

    So, i sent it in, 3 weeks later i get it back and it still doesn't work....After 2 more phone calls and another hour of lost time i am told the following.

    I will have to send them the just the HD and they will replace it...So, after 3 weeks of not having my 360s, I am told to do this, now here is the BS part..

    I have to send the HD in at my own cost !!! REALLY !! This 360S is only 10 months old and this is what I get for service??? Very disappointed.

    I understand your situation yet the support agent was right. If you create an offensive or inappropriate Gamertag, it will be replaced with a new automatically-generated Gamertag. If you are unhappy with the assigned Gamertag,
    you may purchase a new Gamertag through the standard Gamertag change process.

    Xbox Live is designed to be fun and safe for everyone; when people choose harmful or offensive content for their identity it disrupts the Xbox Live experience for other gamers. The XBLPET removes this offensive content to preserve the quality
    of the service, and to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle forced name changes and they do not use the forum. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them and try
    getting it overturn and they might allow you for a free change, but this is really no guarantee. Just because you can pay for a Gamertag change doesn't mean it gives you the right to make an offensive GT on MS private game service.



    It doesn't matter if you've had a tag for 12 years or 12 minutes ago, if it violates the code of conduct, they can change it. Having it for 12 years doesn't mean it's
    allowed. It just means it took that long for the enforcement team to review and change it as its only been reported recently. Next time be wiser in picking a gamertag that Dad or Mom will approve or you will be wasting another 10 dollars. Good day.



    Btw on PS when you have a inappropriate
    GT, they don’t change it into stock gt as they didn’t design their system like XBL, they just instantly perma banned the entire account and no case review either, so consider yourself very luck using Xbox good day.

    No manager or supervisor can help you

    Enforcement issues is NOT a support issue nor can you ask for a free gamers tag change

    Gamer tag suggestions are based on your previous attempts

    You should be kept it rated e for everyone it's that simple
