    Horrible tracking Joysticks!


    My Left Joyystick tracks horibbly! When i push down then straight up the joystick tracks little up movement. Like if I push down then up the thing tracks like 10% full up when IT IS 100% up. This even happen to my PowerA controller! With the PowerA left joystick, when I push up-left it tracks down-left! And when I push right it tracks up-right. What the F! What is wrong with these horrible Joysticks!!!!!!!!! Don't you dare say to request a replacement with the 3 month warranty! I am looking for a way to repair this dumb reason with some home supplies. I tried pouring Isopropyin Alchol in between the joystick didn't help any way to open the controller and fix this!? If not is there a good controller that actually has good build quality on the F-ing joysticks not above $70+!!!! Any color skinned controller that have better build quality on the joysticks and not charging $20 more for the color skin!!!!! Fix this dumb problem Microsoft!!!!!!!

    Hi there welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Unfortunately, we are not Microsoft employees we are gamers just like you, I totally understand the frustration, my elite series 2 started malfunctioning after 1 month of use, had it replaced with the warranty, seeing that this is no option for you I could suggest using compressed air (it has different names on different parts of the world) it's electronic friendly and has heloed me with my joystick issues!
    Do you know Compressed Air can fix a joystick that tracks wrong. Like I mentioned my joystick tracks when I push up-left it somehow track down-left. I also have one that when I push down, then push up it tracks a slow deadzone and I just tip-toe in-game ruining my fps experience. I don't have a problem with my joystick drift I wouldn't say. I have a problem with the joystick tracking the right movement.

    I don't have warranty, I am looking for more durable joysticks on a controller, or open up the controller and using Isopropyln Alcohol, or duct tap to fix it, or something like that. Don't aanyone dare mention about going and using tge warranty because it is out of date!!!!!
