    I bought a multipack gift card for $50. The cards have no barcodes on them to scan, only one on the package. Once I tried to activate it, it wasn't working. I contacted the retailer, but they can't refund gift cards. I tried talking to multiple managers
    but to no avail. They told me to contact Microsoft. Once I did, an agent verified the codes were no good. I sent my proof of purchase along with pictures of the receipt, the cards and the package. She told me she would apply the codes to my account.

    She did not.

    The next day, another agent told me, after an hour of chat logs, that she could help me too. In the end, she said I had to wait 24 hours. Then, all I had to do was give a reference number she gave me and the next agent wouldn't even have to do anything but
    apply the codes. She said I wouldn't have to explain myself again.

    She was wrong.

    I spent 56 mins chatting with the agent almost 48 hours after buying a code and being to,d it would be fixed the day I bought it.

    I bought codes before and activated them right away. I had to wait 48 hours to use a code that an Xbox agent told me was inactive. In the end I got my currency, but I had to explain myself over and over and over and get told different things each time.

    Horrible service. No empathy whatsoever from a huge company that pulls in millions of dollars based on customers. If I went to ANY store or company and had this issue, I would have gotten more than a pat on the back and a sorry explanation. I imagine they
    will remove my complaint as it's not good for appearance rather than even TRY to make things right. But, that's what I get for trusting Microsoft I guess.

    The 50+ million of current xbox live users would probably disagree with you.

    If you said what bit you are having trouble with then maybe someone can help you.

    Trying to sign up for xbox live is a hassle its almost impossible because half of the apps don't even work. I don't recommend this console I'm very disappointed
