    I have recently moved from Play Station to X box One. Really a bad experience!!!

    First, a game for download was included with the console but it has been more than 48 hrs without an answer. Service support was required only to know that a case need to be opened with expected answer of 3 more days.

    Renting a movie. It also takes another call to service support. On my understanding from the call. It is expected to have issues buying something from your console. You better go to the web site on your computer. If didn´t work then open a new case and
    wait for an answer.

    Buying a Game??. May be it is ok if you whant to play next week. Another case was opened and waiting for an answer.

    Really disappointing experience having an X box One. With Play Station when i needed a new game, a movie etc I only requested and in a few minutes I had it. Many improves needs to be done in your store service.

    I got a PS4 Pro on November 10 which I think has software version 4.06. In my experience, the PSN Store on it takes a long time to load. And I have Vodafone NZ high speed internet (100mb/s download, 10mb/s upload speed). In my opinion, Xbox 1 Store is better
    because Xbox 1 has likely more servers (300,000+ worldwide). You can also change your gamertag at will on Xbox. With PS, you are stuck with the online ID is it (i'll just call it gamertag too). Also Sony does not recognize Australian and New Zealand legal
    rights too. Implying in their terms of use that all issues are to be resolved through the courts of England. Sony has businesses (including SonyStyle or Sony stores) in Australia and New Zealand, so really, Sony falls automatically under the jurisdiction of
    these countries too in terms of privacy, any billing issues, etc. Microsoft has offices in NZ/Australia and in their terms of use, they acknowledge NZ and Australian law in their terms of service 'if you acquired the contract outside of the US, the laws of
    your country apply in interpreting this agreement'. Terms of service should not be allowed to minimize the legal rights in the country you live in.

    Which ISP are you with? What is your download and upload speeds? Do you have open NAT? Check Xbox Live Status to see if some services are up or down. If I want to buy or rent a movie, I do it using the Microsoft Film/TV/music app on Xbox 1. And have had
    no issues. Music/movies I buy on Microsoft store can be played and downloaded on any Xbox 1, Xbox 360, and Windows 10 PC. You can also contact and chat online with official Xbox Support on this site too, since it's the official site for Xbox. Maybe you need
    to reset your modem?

    It can take a while to adjust to a different system, like me when I got a PS4 Pro for Final Fantasy XV, since I want to play the game with high visual fidelity, and since Xbox Scorpio won't come until late next year. Microsoft also has an official feedback

    I hope you resolve your issues soon. For me, Xbox is really fun. I use to have a second hand PS2 but that was only for 2 weeks. I think Minecraft Xbox is better here than on PS4 (yes I got the PS4 version since I love Minecraft). Xbox version has more skin
    packs, including skin pack 6 which has the teen boy/girl skins and since most of my friends wear those skins. The Xbox 1 version also loads worlds faster which surprised me.

    im really upset

    X Box service sucks. Can not play with out being continually kicked off saying my online status has changed. Then you can not send a simple e mail to X Box to complain. Play Station is looking better and better and costs less to play.
