Horrible customer service

I've been a customer with Microsoft since the first Xbox & it's ridiculous the lack of care or support I've received in the few times I've even had to contact you guys! I spend to much money with you guys & y'all make to much money to just not care about
your customers issues. What's the point in shopping with a company who won't be there when something goes wrong! I suggest everyone be careful doing purchases because if something goes wrong supervisors won't even get on the phone nor help!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My xbox one console is only 6 months old and is broken. Microsoft will NOT honor the warranty and told me the console had been tampered with. I know for a fact that the console has never been touched besides just playing games. Very disappointed and I
wont spend another dollar on anything they have to offer.

If your car company actual replaced a year old car, then you got extremely lucky. I call BS As well though.

As far as support and complaints go though, you were lied to and you're only wasting your time here. This is a community forum and nobody from MS is going to read your complaint.

If it's something ljke suspension issue customer support has nothing to do with it like any other service

Enforcement regardless of the company is handled only thru moderated channel like websites or moderated forums

This prevents spam and ensures everyone is helped rather then dealing with spamming robocalls
