Horrible Customer Service

So last night my power supply for my xbox one fried, made a loud pop and smelled like electrical smoke, I'm not blaming xbox for this since it was my fault, with me trying to move out of my apartment things got moved around and the PSC was left sitting on
the carpet. Trying to find a replacement and dealing with xbox customer service is my main problem here. After calling numerous game stops and them all being out of stock, I decided to just buy one from xbox. After trying to order from their website and their
webpage not able to process my order (says it's problems on their side) I decided to give customer service a call. Man was that a mistake. I was connected to someone that could barely speak english, who then asked me what happened to my power supply, at this
time I told him everything that happened and that I'm looking to buy a replacement from xbox. He did not understand what I was telling him and kept asking for the reason why my power supply was not working. After the 4th time trying to explain the problem
to him, I informed him the problem is irrevelent as I'm not trying to claim any type of insurance or free replacement I simply want to give you my money in return you send me a new power supply. He still could not comprehend what I was telling him, making
me angry enough to just hang up the phone.

Xbox why do your stores not carry this part, this seems outrageous to me. You have no problem taking my money for xbox live but when I'm trying to buy something from you to fix my xbox and be able to use the service I pay for you make it extremely difficult.

I've been looking for an email to contact microsoft but everything redirects me back to the same horrible customer service. So I came here looking for help.

This is outrageous microsoft, looks like Sony might be a better platform to switch to.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My xbox one console is only 6 months old and is broken. Microsoft will NOT honor the warranty and told me the console had been tampered with. I know for a fact that the console has never been touched besides just playing games. Very disappointed and I
wont spend another dollar on anything they have to offer.

 

Horrible customer service

If your car company actual replaced a year old car, then you got extremely lucky. I call BS As well though.

As far as support and complaints go though, you were lied to and you're only wasting your time here. This is a community forum and nobody from MS is going to read your complaint.

 

Hi, having experienced communication issues with support myself several times I do understand your frustration. When I hit the issue I politely end the call and call again ( it is a free call after all ) eventually you will get connected to someone who has
a better grasp of what you're saying. That's all I can suggest to do sorry, keep trying.
