    Horrible Customer Service


    What is going on at Xbox support? I just got off a three hour chat session where they were unable to see any purchases past 2014 because they were made using points and then the person that called me from Xbox support hung up on me within one minute!
    I have never really had any issues before but this is like one of those customer support horror stories that you hear about but always assume is being exaggerate or just straight up fabricated. Ridiculous!

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    My xbox one console is only 6 months old and is broken. Microsoft will NOT honor the warranty and told me the console had been tampered with. I know for a fact that the console has never been touched besides just playing games. Very disappointed and I
    wont spend another dollar on anything they have to offer.

    If your car company actual replaced a year old car, then you got extremely lucky. I call BS As well though.

    As far as support and complaints go though, you were lied to and you're only wasting your time here. This is a community forum and nobody from MS is going to read your complaint.

    Hey the mean dean. On the 360 we could see what we downloaded with download history which was great but since we moved to the xbox one theirs no way too see your download history. If you download a game and delete it,..it will automatically go in ready to
    install. So it recognises you own the game or app. Hope it helps and sorry if you have had a bad experience with xbox support and I hope this helps
