    Horrible and unsafe experience


    Got my xbox series s the day after its launch, was super excited to use it. But upon plugging the power into the back of the new xbox console, it electrocuted me, sparked, and shot a cloud of smoke. My hand went numb for a bit after. The xbox was completely
    unresponsive after this event. It was resting on a marble slab but could have started a fire otherwise. Xbox support has been absolutely horrible. Didnt seem to care that I paid them money and waited quite a while just for their product to electrocute me,
    potentially start a fire, and become completely useless. If it had been a child that this happened to, their parents would have raged.
