Horizon Life

i bought forza horizon 4 ultimate edition a couple of days ago, and noticed that i couldn't go online because i had a child account. so i tried everything to change my settings so that i could play online. at some point it worked a bit after i joined a
family as a parrent but then i noticed that it didn't actually connect to horizon life instead it was just sitting there telling me it was searching for a horizon life session i was like ok maby it needs some time so i left it on for about 3 hours just to
come back and see that it was still not doing anything. can anybody help me with this or is there a microsoft support number? im on pc and i dont want to redeem it because of my progress.

Forza Horizon 4 po wejściu do gry crashuje się co równo 15 minut,problem znika po odłączeniu się od horizon life. Próbowałem już wielu rozwiązań z internetu i żadne nie przynosi rezultatu.
